Overview
This internal R&D project explores the development of high-realism AI characters and scalable UGC-style content systems for editorial, lifestyle, and performance-driven use cases. The objective was to design a repeatable framework that enables consistent character identity, visual coherence, and fast content production across channels.
Challenge
Many brands struggle to scale UGC and lifestyle content while maintaining quality, consistency, and brand control. Traditional production is costly and slow, while AI content often lacks realism, emotional presence, or continuity between assets.
Approach
I designed and tested an AI-driven character system focused on:
-Character consistency across images and video
-Editorial-grade realism with natural expressions and body language
-Adaptability to different contexts (editorial, lifestyle, social)
-Speed and flexibility for iterative content creation
The process combined AI image and video generation, visual direction, prompt engineering, and post-production refinement to ensure brand-safe, high-quality outputs.
Output
The result is a fully developed main AI character, presented through two core content directions:
Editorial images
High-impact, magazine-style visuals designed to communicate identity, mood, and brand presence.
Lifestyle images
Contextual, everyday scenes optimized for UGC-style content, social media, and performance marketing.
This system demonstrates how AI characters can function as reliable, scalable content assets while preserving a premium, human-like aesthetic.
Key Learnings
UGC-style and spokesperson formats generate more natural engagement signals than purely editorial visuals

Outcome
